The Business Centre offers a comprehensive range of managed workspaces/office units to suit all size and type of business. There are 57 office units in total. Spaces available range from 100 sq. ft. to 1600 sq. ft. in size. Prices start from £225 to £1525 per month plus VAT. Part of the centre was recently refurbished to accommodate a new main entrance, café, lounge and two additional training/conference rooms. The Incubation Wing The recently refurbished small units (100 – 200 sq. ft.) are ideally suited for new start-up businesses. Each unit is furnished with a desk/s, chairs, filing cabinet and a telephone. Recognising that flexibility is vital for new and young businesses, there are no lengthy lease commitments. Tecy can be taken under a Licence Agreement that provides an easy in – easy out contract. Additionally, to assist the development of new enterprises, the licence fee during the early stage of the occupancy period is subsidised and includes rates, lighting & heating, telephone line rental, business advice, administration and secretarial support. The Med Sized Units We have thirteen units that range from 260 to 350 sq. ft. These are ideally suited for businesses that have out grown their requirements in the Incubation Wing and require bigger and superior quality units for their expanding business. They can easily accommodate three to five people. The offices are fully air-conditioned and come with one reserved car park space for the owner/manager. This section has its own reception and conference/meeting room. Intermediate Business Units The Intermediate Business Units (600 – 800 sq. ft.) are suitable for established/ developed businesses. These units cater for the growing demands of businesses that have outgrown the Incubation Wing or businesses that require bigger and better facilities to suit their business progression/needs. All these units have allocated car parking spaces for the owner/manager. Large Independent Units Large open plan 1600 sq. ft. air-conditioned units with two allocated car park spaces for each unit. These units are designed for those businesses that prefer to manage their own space in a self-contained environment, etc., but still require access to the facilities. It is a short distance from the A563, the outer ring road that provides easy access to the M1 motorway.
